Contact the payment provider you used for their policies. We can refund only once an order is placed but cannot charge additional funds.

Your ordering history is retained along with the information required to complete your order and notify you of order statuses and updates. We may email you promotional items after purchase, and you can opt-out of these by using the unsubscribe link in the footer of each email. Opting out of order related notices is not possible.

Text marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.
