You clearly SHOW a "Gift Card" but don't actually GET a Gift Card. No where on the photo does it say, "E-GIFT CARD ONLY AVAILABLE. I ordered a $100 stocking stuffer GIFT CARD and received an email with an e-gift card. When I called to ask if I can get an actual GIFT CARD instead, I was told that Hanks doesn't actually do physical gift cards. I was told I can email (forward) it to the recipient. Please on the advertisement photo an the letter E in front of Gift Card!!! Doesn't make for a magical Christmas to email someone a gift. Disappointed to say the least.

This was a 21st wedding anniversary gift card for my husband and right away he got online to order a belt. He's very happy!

I have owned numerous belts, all promising to last and looked as though they would. I was disappointed when they all broke down. Junk all of them, EXCEPT FOR MY HANKS BELT! I have owned this belt for some time now (over a year) and it has not even started to break down. Excellent product!

The gift card was purchased for my son, I don't know if he's used it yet or how his experience was or will be. As for purchasing the gift card, I thought it strange the card had to come to me (purchaser) via email and not the recipient. I deliberately waited last minute before leaving on vacation to purchase, thinking I would receive it immediately so I wouldn't have to worry about forgetting or not having internet/cell service to forward it to him for his birthday. That wasn't the case, it didn't arrive via email until a couple days later. Thankfully I did get it forwarded to him in time. It just seems like a real strange way of doing it.

As always, Hanks Belts was helpful, prompt and courteous. A rare experience int today’s world.
